Max Light Quartet

Our fall run continues with one of NYC's top-call jazz guitarists, Max Light. Max has already established himself as one of this decade's defining voices in contemporary jazz guitar, with Jazzwise Magazine declaring "Max Light Light might already be emerging as a model for the generation around the corner." You see his name in constant rotation through all of New York's top jazz clubs, playing alongside the city's current crop of boundary pushing players.

If you go down the rabbit hole of swiping through his live performance reels on his instagram page, you'd be hard pressed not to get sucked into the vortex of hyper-precise lines, melodic and harmonic variety, and masterful time feel. He's the player that all the upcoming players are looking to take lessons from, and once you see him in person you'll immediately understand why.

This show will be another in our series of private recording studio pop-ups, so seating and capacity will be limited, and the sound will be immaculate.
